There was a bit of background hum in this one, so perhaps just upgrade the recording equipment. Please, not a voice actor!! Just imagine how you'd feel about listening to, say, San Harris's monologues as read by, I dunno, Mandy Patinkin. Wouldn't matter how good the actor was - it would just sound so fake and "produced".
